Our names are Joe & Heather Garza and we have 5 children. This is our first building here in Friendswood that was finished in 2020. We are commercial developers and have other retail in Pearland, But Park district Executive Studios is our first location offering seven private studios. We saw a need for Elegant Professional spaces in the Friendswood area that will be close to the connecting League City Parkway and a lot space to small business. We chose to move forward with studios the fit many professions. We are the owners of the building, Founders of Park District Studios and the landlords. This business model does not get more simple. We are also the property managers, and who you will talk to about everything. I am a native of Friendswood for 45 years. This community holds a huge place in my heart. I thrive to bring space and business into our community that will benefit our neighbors. I have had the eye to make a space people WANT to come work at. I love when I go into any place of business and there is a feel of comfort and professionalism. Not too stiff but still professional.
